Our mandate is to visit the property and observe and report on conditions that could affect the health, safety, security and mechanical aspects of the property.  If illegal activities are noted or suspected, we will notify you so you can react as needed.  We are not property managers and do not screen tenants or collect rent.  Due to variations in municipal bylaws, we cannot comment on code compliance issues.

 

Your insurance agent will suggest a minimum time duration that the residence can be left unattended. We have no minimum number of visits per month.
