Our mandate is to visit the property and observe and report on conditions that could affect the health, safety, security and mechanical aspects of the property.  If illegal activities are noted or suspected, we will notify you so you can react as needed.  We are not property managers and do not screen tenants or collect rent.  Due to variations in municipal bylaws, we cannot comment on code compliance issues.

 

 

Basic Home Watch Visit  —
$20.00 per visit - no monthly minimum
Snow Removal -  driveway only   —
Starting at $20.00 per snowfall
Lawn Care  -  cutting only, small areas   —
Min. $40 and $20.00 per hour thereafter
Rental Property Evaluation and Inspection   —
$79.00 for basic rental home
“No answer” or “cancelled” scheduled visits   —
$30.00 per missed Rental Evaluation
